The International Coach Federation defines coaching as an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.

The coach is not an authority figure, but is a thinking and accountability partner whose interest is to catalyze you from wherever you are today to where you want to go. Together we move you past that point in your life and foster change where you want it. We have a co-creative relationship, meaning that we both use our knowledge, skills, resources and intuition to problem solve. Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coaching takes clients from where they are right now, leaves the past behind, and moves them to a future they create and in which they desire to live. I coach my clients by providing perspective, support, and accountability as they achieve their personal goals. If necessary, we work on rebuilding self-esteem so that those personal goals seem attainable.

“The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life, so no more drinking from death-tainted wells.” (Prov. 13:14). We can re-write the negative scripts that we have heard at some point in our lives and become positive and confident. Some of those scripts may have come from others, the media or even from ourselves telling us that we are not worthy and no matter what goals or dreams we have, we simply “can’t.” Well, yes you can! So let’s get started now!

You are on your way to living abundantly! |
